Harry Kane’s 213 goals set the Premier League club record as Watkins tops Villa’s list
Kane stands alone at the top
Harry Kane is the Premier League’s only player to have scored at least 200 goals for a single club. He struck 213 times for Tottenham Hotspur before leaving for Bayern Munich in 2023, according to Opta Analyst’s survey of the all-time leading league scorers at every club to have appeared in the competition.
The list covers 51 clubs since the Premier League began in 1992-93. Only 10 have had a player reach 100 goals for them in the competition. Alan Shearer is the only player to have scored 100 or more for two clubs: 112 for Blackburn Rovers and 148 for Newcastle United. He and Chris Wood are identified as the only players to lead the scoring charts for two different clubs.

Watkins leads Aston Villa’s list
Ollie Watkins became Aston Villa’s outright leading Premier League scorer after his goal against Bournemouth on 10 May 2025 took him to 75, past Gabby Agbonlahor. The source says Watkins later reached 91 league goals for Villa before leaving for Saudi club Al-Hilal in August 2026.
Mohamed Salah leads Liverpool’s list with 191, while Sergio Agüero holds Manchester City’s record with 184. Wayne Rooney is Manchester United’s leading scorer with 183, and Thierry Henry tops Arsenal’s chart with 175. Jamie Vardy is Leicester City’s record-holder with 145, and Frank Lampard leads Chelsea with 147.
