Man Utd confirm Dorgu injury return from Denmark as Fernandes stays with Portugal
Manchester United have confirmed that Patrick Dorgu will return to the club from international duty after the full-back suffered an injury with Denmark, while captain Bruno Fernandes will stay with the Portugal squad despite fitness concerns.

Dorgu sidelined after 30 minutes against Wales
Dorgu started both of Denmark's Nations League matches against Norway and Wales, but was forced off with an injury after just 30 minutes of Sunday's clash with Wales. His availability for United's upcoming fixture is now in doubt, with United set to host Tottenham on October 10.
Denmark boss Brian Reimer confirmed the decision to send the defender back to his club: "We're sending him home now, he's out and won't be ready for next week. Further examinations must show how long he will be out."
Denmark's squad has been hit hard by injuries this international break, with Andreas Christensen, Alexander Bah, Albert Gronbaek and Kasper Dolberg also sidelined.
Dorgu has featured six times for United this season, providing two assists in three starts during a difficult period under manager Michael Carrick.
Fernandes to stay with Portugal
Fernandes, meanwhile, missed Portugal's win over Norway on Sunday after Jorge Jesus revealed the United captain had played through injury against Wales three days earlier.
The 32-year-old has been in strong form this season, scoring four goals — including a Premier League hat-trick against Ipswich Town — and providing one assist for Carrick's side.
Despite the concerns around a potential injury, Fernandes will remain with the Portugal squad in the hopes of featuring against Denmark.
