Barcelona negotiate Tommy Marqués move to Braga reunion with Pau Victor
Barcelona open talks over Tommy Marqués move to Braga
Barcelona are negotiating with Sporting de Braga over a possible transfer for 19-year-old midfielder Tommy Marqués, according to Spanish outlet Jijantes.

Marqués had appeared to be in line for a greater first-team role after Frenkie de Jong suffered an injury. However, Barcelona’s pursuit of Rodri has reportedly altered the youngster’s prospects, prompting him to seriously consider leaving Catalunya in search of consistent senior playing time.
Jijantes reported: “Tommy Marqués has a proposal from Sporting de Braga to continue his football career. Barça and the player’s entourage are working to close the transfer to the team where Pau Victor also plays.”
A move to Braga would reunite Marqués with Pau Victor, who left Barcelona permanently last summer. The former Barça frontman has since enjoyed a productive spell with the Portuguese club in the northwest of the country.
Negotiations remain ongoing, with Barcelona and the player’s representatives working to determine whether the proposed transfer can be completed before the summer window closes.
