Report: De Zerbi wants Ausilio at Tottenham and Endrick on his January shortlist
De Zerbi reportedly wants Ausilio and Endrick at Tottenham
Tottenham coach Roberto De Zerbi is seeking to add former Inter sporting director Piero Ausilio to the club’s hierarchy and has named Real Madrid forward Endrick as a target, according to a report by Mundo Deportivo cited by Football Italia.

The report says De Zerbi is pushing for Ausilio to take the sporting director role. Ausilio left Inter in September after nearly 30 years at the club, and Italian sources are said to believe he is close to an agreement with Tottenham. Mundo Deportivo reports that he could move to north London in January, when the club would begin its winter transfer planning.
De Zerbi is also reportedly seeking a striker, with Endrick his preferred target. The forward has also been linked with Roma and Milan. He scored his first goal for Real Madrid this season in a 4-3 Champions League win over Roma; before that match, he had made only four minutes of appearances across competitions, according to the report.
Real Madrid have not decided Endrick’s future, the report says. If the club allows him to leave during the January window, Italian sources expect it would be on loan rather than a permanent transfer. Tottenham’s interest and Ausilio’s prospective appointment remain reported developments, not confirmed moves.
