Rhodes on ODI future

Jonty Rhodes believes bilateral ODI cricket could decline in the years ahead but says the 50-over World Cup will remain a special and important event.

Rhodes argued that while congested schedules and franchise cricket are squeezing bilateral series, the prestige and global scale of the World Cup continue to give the format relevance.
