Perry finishes Phoenix campaign in style
Ellyse Perry produced an unbeaten 62 to guide Birmingham Phoenix to a five-wicket win over MI London, completing the chase with six balls to spare. Phoenix recovered from 48 for 4 to reach 121 for 5 and close their campaign in seventh place.

MI London had posted 120 for 6 after being put in. Hayley Matthews made 21 during the early overs before falling to a fine catch by Davina Perrin off Sana’s bowling. Hollie Armitage and Chinelle Henry then added 56, with Henry scoring 42 from 33 balls, but Alana King and Eva Gray restricted the innings at the death. Gray claimed two for 29.
The defeat was MI London’s sixth of the campaign, while Phoenix ended their season with a winning result.
