Aston Martin Unveil One-Off Livery for United States Grand Prix to Mark Five Years With Cognizant
Aston Martin Roll Out One-Off AMR26 Design in Austin
Aston Martin have unveiled a special livery that will adorn their car at this weekend's United States Grand Prix, with the one-off design celebrating the team's five-year partnership with Cognizant.
The AMR26 will run the bespoke look at the Circuit of The Americas in Austin, marking the latest chapter in a relationship that began back in 2021, when Cognizant first paired with Aston Martin just as the team returned to Formula 1 after taking over the former Racing Point squad.
Stroll: 'A Visible Thank You to Cognizant and Its People'
The five-year milestone arrives in a season that has already seen the partnership deepen, after Cognizant became the team's Global AI Services Partner earlier this year. The Silverstone-based squad framed the Austin livery as both a celebration of the journey so far and a statement of intent for what comes next.
"Cognizant has been part of our journey since Aston Martin returned to Formula 1 in 2021, and we're incredibly proud to celebrate five years of partnership together," said Lawrence Stroll, Executive Chairman of Aston Martin.
"A great partnership is one that continues to evolve. Over the past five years, both our organisations have changed considerably, but our shared ambition and desire to keep pushing forward have remained constant.
"The special livery in Austin is our way of celebrating that journey. It's a visible thank you to Cognizant and its people for five years of partnership, while looking ahead to an exciting next chapter together."
Special Liveries Become the Story of the Austin Weekend
Aston Martin are not the only team bringing a new look to Texas. On October 21, Mercedes revealed a one-off livery for the 2026 United States Grand Prix, adding flashes of blue to its usual silver, black and green W17 design at the Circuit of The Americas, with drivers Kimi Antonelli and George Russell also set to wear matching race suits. The Brackley team said the design highlights Mercedes-Benz's MANUFAKTUR vehicle-customisation programme.
Those reveals set the tone for a weekend in which visual identity has become as much a talking point as on-track performance, with the Circuit of The Americas hosting the latest round of the 2026 season.
What It Means for the Weekend
The one-off AMR26 livery will be on track when running begins in Austin, giving fans their first chance to see the Cognizant tribute design in action under race conditions.
Aston Martin said further images of the special livery are available alongside video of the car in its new colours, with the team looking ahead to what both parties describe as an exciting next chapter of the partnership.
