Barcelona academy celebrates Rosalía Domínguez’s Under-20 World Cup triumph

Domínguez takes the tournament’s top individual prize

Barcelona’s Rosalía Domínguez has been awarded the Golden Ball at the Under-20 Women’s World Cup after Spain won the title.

Spain’s champion squad included Barcelona players Aïcha Camara, Carla Julià, Noa Jiménez and Julia Torres, as well as Celia Segura and Ainoa Gómez, who are on loan at Atlético and Deportivo respectively.

Barcelona’s reserve side, Barça Atlètic, are leading Group 2 of the Second RFEF with 10 points. Osasuna B missed the chance to overtake them after losing 3-2 to Girona B and remains on nine points, level with Espanyol B and one point behind the Barcelona side.
