Full 2026 F1 grid confirmed for Hot Wheels Infinite Rush from March 2027

Formula 1 and Hot Wheels fans will soon be able to do something never before possible in a Hot Wheels video game: race all 22 official team cars from the full Formula 1 grid. The newly announced F1 Car Collection Pack for HOT WHEELS Infinite Rush arrives from March 2027, putting every 2026 championship contender at players' fingertips.

All official Formula 1 team cars coming to the HOT WHEELS Infinite Rush video game

The entire 2026 grid, toy-scaled and race-ready

Developed in collaboration with racing game specialist Milestone and Mattel, Inc., the pack recreates all 22 official F1 cars from their Hot Wheels die-cast counterparts. Every one of the grid's 11 teams will be represented, letting players take the wheel of their favourite driver's car and battle friends and family for bragging rights across the high-speed, toy-scale world of Hot Wheels.

The cars slot into the Speeder category — the fastest class in the game — joining a roster of more than 150 vehicles. That gives players even more ways to compete at top speed, whether racing solo against the game's challenges or taking on competitors from around the world.

Biggest gaming activation yet in the F1–Hot Wheels partnership

The announcement marks the latest milestone in a collaboration that dates back to 2024, when F1 and Mattel first brought fans closer to the action through a range of Hot Wheels products and experiences. With every car from the grid coming to Infinite Rush, the pack represents the largest gaming activation yet between the two brands — and the first time F1 Hot Wheels die-cast cars have ever appeared in a video game.

Players will be able to put all 22 official F1 team cars to the test across high-speed tracks and challenges like never before seen in a Hot Wheels video game experience. The downloadable content will be available from March 2027, with HOT WHEELS Infinite Rush itself already out on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, ROG Ally, ROG Ally X, and PC via Steam, the Microsoft Store and the Epic Games Store.

'A whole new format' of F1 racing

Emily Prazer, Chief Commercial Officer of Formula 1, hailed the expansion of the sport's reach into the toy-racing realm:

"Our partnership with Mattel and Hot Wheels keeps evolving for our fans, and this latest move gives them the opportunity to race their favourite driver's car in the HOT WHEELS Infinite Rush video game. They can play against friends and family, immersing themselves in the world of F1 and enjoying the speed, competition, and drama of the sport in a whole new format.

"We know it's going to be hugely popular given the reaction to the previous F1 Hot Wheels die-cast cars, and we can't wait to see fans get behind the wheel when the F1 Car Collection Pack launches in March 2027."

Andrea Loiudice, Publishing Director of Milestone, said the project is a testament to the trust placed in the developer:

"We're incredibly proud to be the first to bring Formula 1 Hot Wheels die-cast cars to a video game. The opportunity to work alongside such prestigious partners as Mattel and Formula 1 is a great testament to the trust they place in Milestone and in our ability to deliver high-quality racing experiences.

"Bringing the full 2026 F1 grid to HOT WHEELS Infinite Rush with the F1 Car Collection Pack is an exciting milestone for us, and we're sure players around the world will be just as thrilled to enjoy these iconic cars in a whole new way."

Erika Winterholler, Head of Licensed Games at Mattel, added:

"The combination of Formula 1's authenticity and Milestone's racing expertise created a unique opportunity to deliver something truly special for Hot Wheels fans. Bringing the full 2026 Formula 1 grid to HOT WHEELS Infinite Rush reflects our approach to building best-in-class gaming experiences through great partnerships, while continuing to expand how fans engage with the Hot Wheels brand."

With the 2026 season pitting all 11 teams against one another under a new era of regulations, the clash of the grid's fastest machines is set to get a whole lot more playful when the pack rolls out next March.
