Martín Settles Into Central Defence Role

Barcelona's Gerard Martín has officially confirmed that he has transitioned permanently from left-back to centre-back, marking the end of a remarkable breakthrough season at Camp Nou.

"At first, my mind was torn between the two positions because I kept switching, but now I'm set on centre-back," Martín confirmed. "I think I had a very good year, although I can always improve."
