Hibernian summer signing Marko Ivezic says he is ready to make his long-awaited debut after recovering from what he described as a “really bad virus”.

The 24-year-old Serbian defender joined Hibs from German club Holstein Kiel at the start of September but has yet to feature for his new side. His return gives the Edinburgh club another defensive option as they prepare for the next stage of the season.

Rangers right-back Kosta Nedeljkovic is reportedly wanted by clubs outside Scotland, despite not yet becoming a regular starter since arriving on loan from Aston Villa in the summer.

The 20-year-old Serbia international’s limited first-team involvement has not prevented overseas interest, with his situation at Ibrox likely to remain under scrutiny as the campaign develops.
