Bayern confirm Luis Díaz hamstring tear, out for four to six weeks
Injury confirmed after Arsenal draw
Bayern Munich have confirmed that Luis Díaz has suffered a muscle fibre tear in his left hamstring, a significant blow for the German champions after their 2-2 Champions League draw with Arsenal.
The Colombia international had come on as a second-half substitute but was forced off again towards the end of the match. Following medical examinations, the club announced that he will be "sidelined for the foreseeable future".

How long will he be out?
According to Bild, the 29-year-old is expected to be out of action for between four and six weeks.
The injury means Díaz is set to miss Bayern's upcoming fixtures against Freiburg, Magdeburg, Borussia Dortmund, Atletico Madrid and Mainz, as well as Colombia's international matches in November.
He is also a major doubt for Bayern's games against 1. FC Köln, Lille and Hamburger SV following the international break.
Earlier update from Kompany
Prior to the medical results, head coach Vincent Kompany had played down concerns over both Díaz and Min-jae Kim, who were both forced off during the Arsenal game on Wednesday. Kompany at that point expected recovery timelines of less than a week for both players. The confirmed diagnosis for Díaz now points to a considerably longer absence.
