Ronaldo's champions and Hilal set for weekend kick-offs

Saudi Pro League champions Al-Nassr and runners-up Al-Hilal are set to begin their 2026-27 campaigns this weekend.

Al-Nassr, led by Cristiano Ronaldo, will open their title defence against Al-Fateh on Saturday. Last season's runners-up Al-Hilal face Al-Faisaly on Friday.

Both clubs are expected to battle for the title once again, with Al-Nassr looking to retain the crown won last season and Al-Hilal aiming to go one better after finishing five points behind Al-Nassr.
