Ugochukwu Dominates Silverstone F3 Sprint Race to Claim Victory
Commanding Performance at Silverstone
Ugo Ugochukwu displayed devastating form during the FIA Formula 3 Sprint Race at Silverstone, delivering a masterclass in dominance to secure his second victory of the season. Starting from pole position, the Campos Racing driver quickly distanced himself from the field, eventually crossing the finish line with a staggering 17-second lead over his nearest competitor.
Historic Podium for Sri Lanka
While Ugochukwu claimed the top spot, the race also featured a historic milestone for motorsport. Yevan David, driving for AIX Racing, put on a "defensive masterclass" to finish in P2. In doing so, David became the first Sri Lankan driver in history to stand on a Formula 3 podium.
Campos Racing Doubles Up
It was a successful outing for Campos Racing, which managed to place two cars on the podium. Théophile Nael secured third place for the team after a dramatic final-lap maneuver, overtaking Trident’s Matteo De Palo at the very last corner of the race to snatch the final podium position.
