The Guardian launches free women’s football newsletter Moving the Goalposts

The Guardian promoted the launch of Moving the Goalposts, a free women’s football email, first announced on 22 March 2022. The newsletter is billed as a twice-weekly roundup of women’s football featuring expert insight.

According to the sign-up page, readers are invited to “delve deeper into the wonderful world of women’s football in our weekly newsletter. It is informative, entertaining, global, critical – when needed – and, above all, passionate.”
