Como extend Tasos Douvikas’ contract through 2031
Douvikas commits to Como until 2031
Como have extended Tasos Douvikas’ contract by two years, tying their leading scorer to the club until the summer of 2031. His previous deal was due to expire in 2029.

The Greece international has scored eight times in 11 appearances across all competitions in the 2026-27 season so far. That includes five goals in eight Serie A appearances and three in three Champions League matches, making him Como’s top scorer both overall and in each competition.
Douvikas finished the 2025-26 Serie A season with 14 goals, a total bettered only by Capocannoniere Lautaro Martinez, who scored 17. Since joining Como from Celta Vigo in February 2025, Douvikas has registered 27 goals and five assists in 68 appearances across all competitions.
“I’m very happy to continue my journey with Como; I’ve felt right at home from the very beginning and immediately sensed the club’s ambition,” Douvikas said. “I’ve grown a lot since I arrived, thanks to Coach Fàbregas and his staff. This group is like a big family to me. I want to keep helping the team by giving it my all.”
Head coach Cesc Fabregas praised the striker’s attitude and contribution. “From his very first day in Como, Tasos has demonstrated a strong mentality, and that has been reflected in his performances on the pitch,” he said. “He is always positive, highly ambitious and has a fantastic work ethic. We are delighted to announce his contract extension.”
