Naqvi readies drastic action

Mohsin Naqvi, already a lightning rod after India's Asia Cup trophy snub, is now set to take drastic steps, with senior figures Aaqib Javed and Wahab Riaz facing the axe, according to reports.

Rizwan breaks his silence

Mohammad Rizwan has broken his silence on the cybercrime agency probe that has swirled around the Pakistan star, insisting he has nothing to hide. 'I am fully cooperating,' Rizwan said.

Akram's pointed question

Pace great turned pundit Wasim Akram, meanwhile, posed a pointed question about Pakistan's deepening batting crisis — invoking India's teenage sensation to make his point: 'Have we produced a batter like Vaibhav Sooryavanshi?'

Hesson's interest, Shaheen's return

There could be change in the dugout too. Coach Mike Hesson said he would be open to taking on a Pakistan Test role, while pace spearhead Shaheen Shah Afridi made his return to red-ball cricket.
