Sesko says Man Utd showed Champions League mettle in West Ham draw
Manchester United's winning start under Michael Carrick is over, but they remain in control of the race for Champions League football. Benjamin Sesko believes Manchester United proved they have the right character to battle for Champions League qualification by salvaging a point against West Ham on Tuesday.
Sesko's deft finish in the sixth minute of second-half stoppage time ensured Michael Carrick remains unbeaten across his two stints as United's interim boss, after a 1-1 draw.

The Red Devils sit fourth in the Premier League with 45 points, one clear of fifth-placed Chelsea and two behind Aston Villa in third. The Opta supercomputer assigns United a 33.6% chance of finishing in the top four and a 58% probability of making the top five, which could be enough for Champions League qualification.
Asked about United's chances by TNT Sports, Sesko said: "We are living for each other. We are doing everything to win the games, to secure the Champions League spot, because we believe that we have the team for it."
Having been dumped out of the FA Cup by Brighton, United now have 12 days off before their next game, against Everton at Hill Dickinson Stadium on February 23.
