Guwahati's ACA Stadium lands West Indies ODIs and Border-Gavaskar Test on packed 2026-27 calendar
The Barsapara Cricket Stadium — officially the ACA Stadium in Guwahati — is set for a demanding stretch of international cricket, with the venue's 2026-27 calendar already locking in a West Indies ODI series and a Border-Gavaskar Trophy Test against Australia.
According to the venue's official schedule, the West Indies tour of India's three-match ODI series in 2026 brings the visitors to Guwahati on 30 September 2026, with a 2:00 p.m. start. India will then play host to Australia under the Border-Gavaskar Trophy in 2027, with a fixture at the ground scheduled for 11 February at 9:00 a.m.
India's fortress in the Northeast
The venue's record books paint an emphatic picture of home advantage. India are the most successful side at ACA Stadium with two wins on the board, and the ground's all-time numbers underline how dominant the hosts have been in Guwahati:

- Lowest innings score: 306/8 — by Sri Lanka on 10 January 2023

Iconic performances in Guwahati
Two performances tower above the rest in the stadium's short but vivid history. On 21 October 2018, Rohit Sharma blazed an unbeaten 152* against the West Indies — the highest individual score ever recorded at the ground — while Yuzvendra Chahal returned bowling figures of 3/41 in the same match, as India beat West Indies by eight wickets.
Just over four years later, on 10 January 2023, the ground witnessed its most high-scoring contest when India beat Sri Lanka by 67 runs in a match that produced the venue's highest-ever innings total (373/7) as well as its lowest (Sri Lanka's 306/8).
With the West Indies and Australia both due in Guwahati over the next 12 months, ACA Stadium is set to add a new chapter to its young and already storied record.
