Getafe midfielder Ramon Terrats has sent a defiant message to Hansi Flick's Barcelona ahead of the two sides' meeting on Saturday evening, insisting that José Bordalás' men will not be overawed by the task awaiting them at the Spotify Camp Nou.

Barcelona enter the LaLiga Matchday 8 fixture in spectacular form, having opened the defence of their title with eight wins from eight across all competitions. Their visitors, by contrast, have endured a hit-and-miss start to the new campaign, managing just two wins from their opening seven league matches.

Yet despite the gulf in form, the Azulones do not appear remotely intimidated by the threat posed by their upcoming opponents. Speaking to the media in the buildup to the Camp Nou trip, Terrats assured: "We don't feel inferior to anyone, not even Barcelona!"

Barcelona, for their part, head into the game in good shape on the personnel front. As reported earlier this month, goalkeeper Joan García, defender Eric García and attacker Raphinha were all declared fit for the fixture after recent injury concerns, while Flick has had a full squad at his disposal since all internationals returned to training on 9 October 2026.

Getafe will need every ounce of that defiance on Saturday if they are to become the first side to take anything off the champions this season.
