Vaibhav Sooryavanshi to Feature in DY Patil T20 Tournament
Teen sensation Vaibhav Sooryavanshi is likely to play in the DY Patil T20 tournament in Mumbai. The annual competition, held at the DY Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai, attracts 16 teams every year. Sooryavanshi, who recently smashed a record-breaking 175 in the Under-19 World Cup final against Afghanistan, is set to represent one of the DY Patil sides.

The tournament is scheduled to start on February 23, ahead of the IPL season, and usually features many international players. Sooryavanshi is currently in Talegaon, near Nagpur, where the Rajasthan Royals have a facility, preparing for the IPL season. After a promotional event in his hometown, he may proceed to Mumbai for the DY Patil tournament.
The DY Patil tournament, one of the oldest T20 competitions in the country since 2003, has hosted significant cricket events, including the final of the Women's World Cup and warm-up games for the ongoing World Cup.
