Silverware Showcase: Every F1 Grand Prix Trophy Awarded in the 2026 Season So Far

Eleven races into the 2026 Formula 1 season, trophy cabinets across the paddock are filling up with one of the most diverse selections of silverware in modern racing history. Ranging from historic heritage pieces to avant-garde contemporary designs, each Grand Prix award carries its own unique story and craft.

Formula 1 Hungarian Grand Prix Podium Silverware

Early Season Silverware: Australia to Japan

The campaign opened at Albert Park in Australia, where Mercedes driver George Russell secured victory to lift the historic embossed silver dish. Inspired by the steering wheel of Sir Jack Brabham's 1959 World Championship-winning Cooper-Climax T51, the prize remains one of the most culturally significant awards on the calendar. Russell took the top prize, while teammate Kimi Antonelli and Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc secured scaled-down versions on the podium.

Action moved to China for the season's first Sprint weekend. While Russell dominated Friday and Saturday by grabbing Sprint pole and victory, Sunday's main event saw rookie prodigy Kimi Antonelli claim his maiden Grand Prix triumph. The Italian lifted a redesigned trophy shaped as an elongated double-cone flaring out like a swirling flame, while the Sprint podium finishers received awards engraved with traditional Chinese dragons.

Antonelli made it back-to-back victories just two weeks later at Suzuka. The Japanese Grand Prix trophy combined iconic national motifs, featuring intricate engravings of Sakura (cherry blossom) and distinct bamboo-style support pillars, with Oscar Piastri and Leclerc taking the podium places.

Antonelli Dominates the Americas and Monaco

In Miami, McLaren's Lando Norris claimed the Sprint victory, picking up awards adorned with the NFL's Miami Dolphins emblem. However, Antonelli proved untouchable on Sunday, securing a Tiffany & Co-crafted geometric silver column topped with a crown emulating the Hard Rock Stadium silhouette.

The winning streak continued in Montreal at the Canadian Grand Prix. Following a Sprint triumph by Russell, Antonelli became the first driver in Formula 1 history to claim his first four Grand Prix victories consecutively. He hoisted a silver spiral trophy built around a vibrant red maple leaf, finishing ahead of Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen.

Antonelli’s historic run culminated in the crown jewel race at Monaco, where he took a fifth consecutive Grand Prix win. The redesigned 2026 Monaco trophy featured carbon fibre layered with 24-carat gold and set with a diamond for the ultimate show of principality glamour.

European Classic Rounds: Hamilton, Russell, Leclerc, and Norris Break Through

The European leg disrupted Antonelli's stranglehold on the top step. At the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, Lewis Hamilton scored an emotional first victory in Ferrari red. Hamilton celebrated by tossing the heavy Catalan lace track-cutout trophy high into the air on the podium.

In Austria, Russell returned to the top step at the Red Bull Ring, lifting the signature golden sculpture mirroring the circuit's layout. Moving to Silverstone, Charles Leclerc won the British Grand Prix to briefly hold the legendary Royal Automobile Club Trophy—a two-handled sterling silver cup that returns directly to the club's archives after the podium ceremony.

Spa-Francorchamps saw Antonelli bounce back to form in the Belgian Grand Prix, lifting the abstract "Silver Jeroboam Trophy," a spiralling metal sculpture mimicking the motion of an uncorked champagne burst.

The first half of the season concluded at the Hungaroring, where reigning World Champion Lando Norris claimed his first victory of the year. The Hungarian Grand Prix maintained its tradition of bespoke, six-month handcrafted porcelain trophies featuring traditional Hungarian folk art, with Norris taking the gold edition ahead of Verstappen and Antonelli before the summer shutdown.
