Ryan Stevenson backs Hearts to challenge for title this season

Former Hearts player Ryan Stevenson is convinced the club are good enough to challenge for the title again this season.

Stevenson, a former Tynecastle player, believes the busy run of fixtures leading up to Christmas will define whether Hearts can mount a serious challenge.

"The busy run of games up to Christmas will define whether that's the case," Stevenson said, stressing the importance of the period ahead for his old club.
