Hibernian close in on Marink Reedijk as new manager after final interviews
Hibernian zero in on next boss
Hibernian are closing in on a new manager after a final round of in-person interviews, with Dutchman Marink Reedijk emerging as a leading contender for the Easter Road vacancy.
The 34-year-old has impressed the Hibs hierarchy during the recruitment process and is now viewed as the frontrunner to take charge at the Edinburgh club.
Elsewhere in the search, Inter Turku manager Vesa Vasara is understood to be unlikely to leave the Finnish club to take over at Hibernian, with the Finnish side expected to keep their man in place.
The club are expected to confirm their decision in due course as they look to settle on a new coaching direction.
