Tripurana Vijay replaces injured Vijaykumar Vyshak in India A squad for Australia A series
Andhra off-spinner Tripurana Vijay has received a call-up to the India A squad for the upcoming multi-day series against Australia A, replacing injured Karnataka fast bowler Vijaykumar Vyshak.
Vyshak, 29, was originally included in the 15-member multi-day squad subject to fitness but failed to recover in time from a hamstring injury. He will now miss the two four-day unofficial Tests scheduled to take place in Puducherry.
