The victory was powered by explosive batting from Saim Ayub and Hasan Nawaz, who contributed significantly to Pakistan's formidable total of 207 runs in 20 overs.

Opting to bat first, Pakistan got off to a strong start despite losing Sahibzada Farhan early. Saim Ayub and Fakhar Zaman provided an aggressive opening, particularly in the PowerPlay, with Ayub smashing 69 off just 38 balls. After Zaman's dismissal, Ayub continued to dismantle the UAE bowling attack. Though he was eventually out for 69, his innings, along with Hasan Nawaz's rapid 56 off 26 balls, propelled Pakistan's score. Despite a valiant effort from Asif Khan, who scored a blistering 77 off 35 balls with six boundaries and six sixes, the UAE fell short. Asif Khan's efforts were commendable, but Pakistan's bowlers, including Hasan Ali who took 3 wickets, held their nerve. Pakistan ultimately restricted UAE to 176/8, sealing a comprehensive 31-run victory.
